How to exercise chest muscles with dumbbells

1. Lie flat on the machine, hold the dumbbells with both hands and lift them from both sides to the middle

This movement is the most typical way to train the chest muscles, so it is recommended that everyone use this method. Specific action points:

When opening your hands, be sure to keep your chest muscles relaxed instead of moving them outwards to stretch them again.

The frequency of the movements should not be too fast, generally one set of movements in 5 to 6 seconds is sufficient.

Do at least 20 times per exercise.

2. Lie flat on the machine, hold the dumbbells with both hands and lift them up

This is also a typical method of exercising the chest muscles. Note that you must warm up in advance before exercising to keep your body in an active state. When lifting it up, do not stay there. Let it down right after lifting it up, but not too fast.

Each exercise time cannot be too short, otherwise there will be no effect. Generally, you should exercise at least 30 times each time, and you should insist on exercising every day.

3. Stand and hold the dumbbells with both hands, bend over to 90 degrees and lift the dumbbells to both sides

This movement is quite difficult and consumes a lot of physical energy. Pay attention to your body balance when exercising, and don't lift the dumbbells for too long, because you are exercising the chest muscles, so it's enough to stretch them.

It is certainly important to complete the task of breast enhancement, but you can't rush for quick results, otherwise it will have the opposite effect. The time for each training session should be controlled well, about 45 minutes will be enough. Just go to the gym once a week, coupled with a balanced diet, and you will see initial results in about two months!
