On the first day, use breathing to create an oxygen bar for the soul

Find a posture that makes you feel comfortable (you can lie down or sit, but you must relax your whole body), gently close your eyes and start taking deep breaths. When you inhale, contract your abdomen. When you exhale, you should feel that the breath is carried to your spine. During the breathing process, you should feel that you are in a very good mood. Put aside all distractions and imagine the most wonderful pictures in your memory. This should last for about five minutes. Then open your eyes. Isn’t the world in front of you much clearer?

On the second day, neck exercises awaken brain vitality

Use both hands to dry wash your face, imagine that it is the hands of a loved one caressing you, and let your mind move with your hands. Then use your fingers to comb your hair from front to back. After completing the movement, use yoga breathing to relax your body. Relax your shoulders, turn your head to the left and right three times each, and then lean forward and backward. Do your best to get it right each time, and repeat three times. Finally, exhale the turbid air in your chest with all your strength to ensure that you become refreshed.

Day 3 and 4: Slimming Yoga Training

After calming your mind, first stretch your shoulders back to stretch the muscles on both sides of the spine. Then stand with your legs slightly apart, cross your hands behind your back and clasp them together. From straightening your back, bend your upper body forward as much as possible. Hold for 15 seconds. Do this twice a day. After four times in two days, see if you feel as light as a swallow.

Day 5: Find the sweetness of sleep

Finally, after four days of awakening and training, on the fifth and sixth days, we recommend focusing on relaxation, stretching the body, and emptying the mind, and then proceeding to the second cycle. It should be said that the yoga method is more of a test of one's patience and willpower. It has the essence of Tai Chi, and it not only exercises the body's functions, but is also a psychological conditioning.
