Massage the neck: Stand upright or sit, use the thumbs of both hands to massage the back of the neck, first press the middle part, then press the muscles on both sides, from top to bottom and from bottom to top, repeat 15 times. Shake your head: Shake your head forward, backward, left and right in sequence. Shake your head in this way for a full circle, and then shake it in the opposite direction. Do it 10 times on the left and right sides.

2. Correct sitting posture: To prevent the occurrence of cervical spondylosis, the most important thing is to sit correctly, relax the neck and shoulders, and maintain the most comfortable and natural posture. Office workers should also stand up and walk around from time to time to move their neck and shoulders to relax the muscles in their neck and shoulders.

3. Outdoor sports: Every part of the human body is closely related, and no local health is separated from the overall health. Therefore, whole-body exercise will be more effective for the rehabilitation and treatment of cervical spondylosis. For patients with cervical spondylosis, playing badminton, swimming, etc., not only exercise the whole body, but are also very targeted.
