Foreign doctors compare exercise to a "mild antidepressant" and call it "Western Qigong." Experts from the British Medical School observed 57 patients who had undergone breast cancer removal and found that the patients who were confident in curing the disease had a 10-year survival rate of 70%, while 80% of those patients who lost confidence and became desperate after the illness died shortly after the operation. Therefore, we have reason to believe that through exercise, strengthening confidence and perseverance, coupled with reasonable treatment, there will definitely be a gratifying situation of "spring coming from behind the dead tree".
