We all know that some yoga poses have the effect of treating constipation. That is because specific poses can exercise the internal organs of the waist and abdomen, promote gastrointestinal motility, help detoxification, and treat constipation.

Practice a simple "yoga cleansing technique" once a month to thoroughly detoxify and cleanse your stomach and intestines. Drink 500 ml of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning, and then practice the yoga twisting movements in the following pictures, choosing movements of varying difficulty according to your personal level. After finishing, drink another 500 ml of warm water. After a short rest, go and expel toxins from your body!

1. Lie on your back with your knees bent, the soles of your feet flat on the ground, and your hands lightly placed on your thighs.

2. Use all your body strength to lift your shoulders, neck and head off the ground, keep your lower body still, and try to touch your knees with your fingertips. Do step 1~2 10 times in a row, then rest for 1 minute. Repeat 5 times.

3. Lie prone with your forearms flat on the floor to support your body, with your upper body slightly off the ground and your toes touching the floor.

4. Support your body with your forearms and toes so that your lower body is off the ground. Hold for 20 seconds and return to Step 3 to rest for 1 minute. Do five times.
