Physical fitness includes five aspects: speed, which is the ability of the human body to move a distance in a unit of time or react quickly to external stimuli; strength, which is the force generated when certain muscles of the body contract; endurance, which refers to the ability of the human body to perform muscle activities and resist fatigue for a long time; agility, which refers to the ability to quickly change body position, switch movements and adapt to changes; flexibility, which refers to the elasticity and stretchability of the muscles and ligaments of each joint when the human body moves.
