1. First, do supine leg raises: 30 in a set, do 4 sets.

2. To do this butt-tightening exercise, spread your legs, place your hands flat on both sides of your body, and lift your waist. Do this 4 sets.

3. Lie on your side, support your head with one hand, hold the bed with the other hand, and do side leg raises. Pay attention, toes point up, heels point up, and the other leg is curled up. Don't lift the leg too fast or suddenly. Lift it slowly. If you do it, you will feel a sour feeling on the side of your butt. Do this movement 20 times with each leg. After the last one, lift it up and stop for a while before switching to the other leg. Do 4 sets of this movement as well.

4. After finishing the side leg raise, gently pat the sore area with your hands to relax the muscles. You don't have to wait until you have finished the whole exercise to pat the area. After finishing 20 reps, clap your hands and then switch to the other leg to do side leg raises.
