What are the benefits of dispersion

Whether it is Sanda competition or Sanda training, it is of great benefit to our body. First of all, Sanda competitions are very competitive and entertaining. During the competition, boxers need to concentrate highly, and their steps and bodies must coordinate with each other. They need to keep their eyes and ears open when swinging and retracting their fists. If they are not careful, their opponents will take advantage of them. Secondly, Sanda training can cultivate a person's perseverance and strengthen the body.

Nowadays, Wushu Sanda summarizes and organizes traditional fighting techniques, discards their specific forms, and finds out the common rules among them. That is, it regularizes the boxing and leg techniques of various Chinese boxing schools, summarizes their basic movement forms, and after a high degree of abstraction, establishes that offensive techniques have two movement forms: one is the linear method, and the other is the arc method. The boxing techniques include rushing, throwing, chopping and whipping; the leg techniques include kicking, sweeping, swinging and hooking; the wrestling techniques, based on the requirements of "fast wrestling" and the characteristics of "no handle", mainly grasp the key points of "destroying the center of gravity" and "swinging", creating the methods of "receiving wrestling" and "clamping wrestling". At the same time, defensive techniques are also divided into "contact defense" and "non-contact defense".

Sanda adopts the traditional Chinese "fighting in a ring" competition format, and the one who falls out of the ring is the loser. The competition method adopts a best-of-three system, and the one who wins two games first is the winner. In 1979, with the resurgence of martial arts enthusiasm in China, the State Sports Commission of China conducted pilot training for martial arts confrontational events in Zhejiang Provincial Sports Commission, Beijing Institute of Physical Education and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education in accordance with the competitive sports model, and made its first report performance at the National Wushu Observation and Exchange Conference held in Nanning, Guangxi in May of the same year. Several more competitions were held that same year.

In fact, there is another benefit of practicing Sanda, which is self-defense. Sanda is a perfect combination of wisdom and strength. If you have learned some Sanda techniques, you can deal with them with ease when you encounter criminals. Not only can you protect yourself, but you can also protect the weak and avoid personal injury and property damage.
