The breathing practice can be long or short, depending on your own level. At the beginning, the inhaled breath will be relatively short, which is normal. Generally, after practicing for 15 days, the breath will gradually become even and long. Every time you practice, try to maintain a calm and peaceful smiling expression, and a sense of beauty and happiness will arise naturally.

3. Ancient nasal breathing

In ancient yoga classics, the left nostril represents the "moon", which means calmness; the right nostril represents the "sun", which means passion. Our breathing is generally in a state of alternating between the left and right nostrils. When we need strength and passion, we often breathe through the right nostril more than the left nostril. When we need to think quietly, we breathe through the left nostril more than the right nostril. After understanding the simple principle of breathing, you can fully apply it to your life and enjoy the life energy that breathing brings to your life.
