1. Benefits of Slimming Yoga

Slimming yoga body generally has four major functions, namely conditioning, detoxification, fat reduction and beauty. Yoga postures can stretch muscles and ligaments throughout the body, shape beautiful body lines, and maintain a slim and flexible figure; at the same time, because it focuses on breathing methods and adjustments, it also has very good medical and fitness effects. On the surface, slimming yoga focuses on functionality, aiming to reduce weight, relieve stress, detoxify and slim down.

1.2. Practicing yoga in winter can burn calories and help maintain a healthy body shape.

1.3. Practicing yoga can promote blood circulation, warm up hands and feet, and prevent cold hands and feet.

1.4. Yoga stimulates our glands and adjusts our endocrine system through various forward, backward, left and right twisting postures, which increases our ability to produce heat, helps us better control our appetite and prevent us from gaining weight.

1.5. Regular yoga practice can enhance the body's ability to adapt to cold, improve resistance to various viruses, and reduce the occurrence of diseases.

2. What is slimming yoga?

On the surface, slimming yoga focuses on functionality, aiming to reduce weight, relieve stress, detoxify and improve body shape, but few people truly understand the deep meaning of yoga.

Slimming Yoga Poses According to my personal experience, losing weight is a gain in the process of practicing yoga, but not the ultimate goal. Leaving aside the spiritual aspect, let’s explain the relationship between weight loss and yoga from the perspective of physical fitness. Modern urbanites eat out almost every day, and eat processed foods that are high in sugar, salt, and oil. They easily absorb too many calories, and their general lack of exercise leads to obesity and the accumulation of a large amount of toxins and fat in the body. When it comes to obesity, the most common type is "edema obesity", which causes a lot of trouble for many women. It turns out that in addition to the immune function, another major function of the human body's lymphatic system is to utilize fat and water. When toxins accumulate in the body and cause the lymph glands to become blocked, the body's fat cannot be effectively transported to the cells for burning, greatly slowing down the body's metabolism. Excess water cannot be excreted from the body quickly, causing excessive water to accumulate on the body's surface, affecting the body's appearance.

3. Slimming Yoga Poses

3.1. Stretch the back of the legs and side ribs, do the downward puppy pose, stretch the leg muscles, promote blood flow to the face, and persist in fading acne marks on the face.

All four limbs are placed on the ground. Exhale, straighten your legs until your knees want to bend, and at the same time straighten your arms and press the ground with your hands. Keep it for a while. Inhale and straighten your legs to engage your quadriceps. Hold for one minute, bending your knees slightly if you feel too much pressure on your back.

3.2. Stretch the side waist, triangle pose. The triangle pose stretches the legs and side waist and can shape the lines of the side of the body.

3.3. Stretch your legs and back, stand and lean forward. This movement can relax the back and stretch the leg muscles. If you persist in doing this for a long time, you will have slender and tight legs. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms hanging at your sides. Exhale, lean forward from the hips up, straighten your legs and relax your body. Hold for one minute.
