How to exercise your pelvic muscles

1. Pelvic deformation is actually mainly caused by bad postures and habits in our lives. Over time, the crisis of pelvic deformation occurs: for example, crossing legs, wearing high heels for a long time, sleeping on a bed that is too hard or too soft, and wearing tight clothes, etc. In addition, be careful not to slip and fall to the ground, which may injure the coccyx and ischium. If not handled properly, it can easily cause deformation of the female pelvis.

2 Whether standing or sitting, the spine and pelvis are the main supports in any situation. Therefore, if your pelvis is crooked, the chance of obesity will greatly increase. 3 Sit on the floor with your knees bent, left leg underneath and right leg across your left thigh. Wrap your right knee with your left hand, then twist your upper body to the right to the limit, and then stop for 20 seconds. Remember to lift your face when doing the movement. Then repeat the same movement to the other side. This movement can help the pelvis contract back from the wrong position.
