How to build muscle

Every man wants to have a muscular body, and girls also think it is a sign of security. Muscles represent that the man likes sports. If you like boys with muscles, then talk to him about fitness. 1. To exercise your jumping ability, you can jump vertically, stretch your toes and jump upward, swing your forearms in sync with your body, about 14 times per set (just until you feel tired), 3 to 4 sets

For upper body muscles, you can use dumbbells. It is best to adjust the weight of the dumbbells (just enough for you to feel tired after doing the following exercises 14 to 20 times).

2 Sit on a chair, lean forward, put your elbow on the inside of your knee, hold dumbbells in your hands and do arm bends, lifting up quickly and lowering down slowly. About 14 times per set, 3 to 4 sets. This is to exercise the arm strength

You can do push-ups for your pectoralis major muscles. It depends on your personal level. Take a rest when you feel tired and then do the above exercises. 3 to 4 sets

You can train your abdominal muscles when you lie in bed. Lie flat on the bed, stretch your legs straight, lift them up at a 45° angle to your torso, and hold until you feel tired. Repeat 4 times. This also helps with sleep!

As mentioned above, if you want to build muscles you must persist. This persistence is not just for one or two days but for a long time, and you can't slack off. If the muscles sag, it will look ugly. The most important thing is not to have any distracting thoughts when exercising. Just focus on exercising. You can temporarily stay away from your phone and work to give yourself a good exercise environment. Don't think about when you will see the results. The main thing is to exercise and stay healthy.
