What are some golf warm-up exercises?

Golf requires warm-up before preparation. Many people play golf badly every time. In fact, this is because they do warm-up exercises beforehand, which makes their bodies inflexible. People who do warm-up exercises will be particularly energetic and vigorous when they play golf. If you play golf under such circumstances, the effect is undoubtedly the best. So what are the ways to warm up for golf?

Step 1: (Choose one)

Stroll or do slow high-knee raises. Take a 2-3 minute stroll to stretch your body. This increases your heart rate and blood flow to your muscles.

Squat stretch. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold a golf club with both hands and extend it forward, and do 10 squats in a row.

Bend over and lift the club overhead. This will speed up blood flow to the large muscle tissues.

Step 2: Rib Stretch

Pick up a seven-iron, grasp the clubhead with your left hand and the handle with your right hand and lift it as high as you can, then bend your entire torso to one side as far as you can without causing pain on the other side. Hold for 5 seconds, then switch direction.

Step 3: Shoulder Stretch

Hold the butt of the club handle with your left hand and the club head with your right hand. Relax your shoulders, keep your left elbow straight, and stretch your arm back as far as you can. Hold for 5 seconds and then switch to the other side.

Step 4: Chest Stretch

Hold the end of the club handle with your left hand, raise it like a baseball pitcher, and hold the club head with your right hand. Relax your shoulders and pull your left hand back, keeping your ribs pointed forward. Hold for 5 seconds and then switch to the other side.

If you play golf frequently, you definitely need to do warm-up exercises. Don't think that golf is an easy and simple sport that anyone can do, so you don't do some warm-up exercises. This will definitely affect the results of your golf. You can all try it to achieve better results.
