Fish Gymnastics

Swing your body like a fish swimming in the water to relax your muscles. After swinging your body left and right, twist your whole body softly and naturally like a fish as shown in the picture.

After raising your hands, shake your whole body again. When you feel your muscles relax, put your hands down and return to Figure 1 to repeat the previous movement to achieve the effect of slimming your waist. ,
