There is also one-handed pulling, the method is also very simple, this requires the body to stand up straight, step one end of the spring tensioner under your feet, grab the other end of the spring tensioner with your hand, pay attention to keep the upper arm still, and use the forearm to pull the spring tensioner. Another way is to pull it upwards, which is to place the spring tensioner on the top of your head and then pull it to both sides.
