Do one set around the left and right, and repeat about 10 sets. Method 4: Stand on the ground with your feet naturally relaxed, hold both ends of the dumbbells with your hands, stretch your hands in front of your chest, straighten your back and look straight ahead.

Inhale and push off with your right heel, lift your right foot parallel to the ground, inhale, slightly bend your left knee, keep your body parallel, hold the movement for about 10 breaths, then switch to the other side and repeat the movement, left and right as a set, repeat the movement about 10 sets.

Inhale, keep your thighs tight, use your waist and abdomen to twist your upper body to the left. Hold the movement for about 10 breaths, then switch to the other side and repeat.
