Applying sudden force (flexion and extension) to the muscles may cause the muscle fibers or part of the muscle membrane to rupture, leading to internal bleeding. Prevention method: Before practicing, rub and relax the muscles in various parts of the body, especially players with hard muscles should pay special attention in the seasons with sudden changes in temperature.

The treatment method is as follows: If it occurs in the leg, first fix the knee for 2 to 3 days, do not move it at will, and apply cold compress with water or ice. Wrapping a bandage can prevent the internal bleeding from expanding. After this treatment, keep the body warm and engage in some relaxing activities. The characteristic of this treatment is that after the internal bleeding stops, although the body still feels stiff, it is necessary to move slightly.
