The question is which method is suitable for you. Similarly, the method I talk about here may not be suitable for you. The realm of all methods is the same in the end. Sometimes the simpler the method, the more mysterious it is. The question is whether you have got started and entered the state.

Maintain a relaxed and natural posture, and carefully experience the feelings in your body, such as warmth, numbness, itching, etc. Note: Standing meditation does not require intention, but you must experience the feelings with your heart, and you cannot pursue these feelings. You must feel them completely as a bystander.

After you start practicing Zhuang Qigong, your legs will tremble. This is inevitable when you first practice Zhuang Qigong. This phenomenon will not occur in the future. As your mind becomes calmer, you will feel more and more sensations in your body, and this is the sensation of Qi.

In fact, any exercise is a good exercise, this is true. The key lies in whether you can enter the state when practicing a certain set of exercises and whether you practice seriously and attentively. Many sages and wise men said: Life is Zen. What I want to say now is: work is Zen, and practicing is also Zen. From a personal point of view, the so-called Zen means to do things with all your heart, whether it is work or practicing, do it with all your heart, do not ask for the harvest, just work hard and enjoy the process. When you don't care, God will reward your hard work, and you will experience what people often call "God's will", which means you will succeed.
