Slowly lift your left leg off the ground and point it upward, with your leg facing the child. Bend your right leg and lift it off the floor, keeping your right thigh perpendicular to the floor. Maintain this position for at least 15 seconds. Be sure to keep your legs straight and stretched during this process.

Upward Facing Dog

Put your feet together, toes touching the ground, legs straight, thighs close to the floor, arms straight in front of your shoulders, head slightly tilted back, and breathe in your abdomen.

Supine single leg lift

Lie on your back with your back on the ground, bend your left leg to support yourself on the ground, straighten your right leg and lift it off the floor, hold your hands on your right calf, hold your right leg tight, and lift it as high as possible. After holding for a long time, switch to the other side and repeat.
