Action process: Use the strength of your abdominal muscles to roll your upper body towards your thighs until your back is about 10 cm off the ground. At this point, your lower back is still pressed against the floor. Then slowly return to the starting position. Keep your abdominal muscles tight throughout the movement.

2: Sideways single arm support

Preparation position: The body is in a push-up position, with the whole body stretched in a straight line. Tighten your torso muscles.

Action process: Raise one arm, and at the same time, turn the whole body 90 degrees with the arm until the body is supported on the floor in a T shape. Return to starting position, then rotate to the other side.

3. Supine cross abdomen

Preparation posture: Lie on your back, cross your arms behind your head, and lift your legs to about 15 cm above the ground.

Procedure: Bring your left elbow toward your right knee, as if you were riding a bicycle. Then slowly return to the starting position and switch to the other side.
