Office space is limited. If you want to achieve the effect of exercising in a limited space, the range of motion should naturally not be too exaggerated. Head exercises only require a small space and are simple to perform. Just do a few deep nods forward, backward, left and right, and then do a few clockwise and counterclockwise circles. This will definitely help refresh your mind and promote blood circulation.

Sitting in front of the computer for a long time with your arms resting on your shoulders to type is indeed not an easy task, and your shoulders feel sore and painful. Try shrug- ing your shoulders and stretching your arms a few times. Lift your shoulders up slowly, hold for a few seconds, and then lower them naturally. When extending your arms, stretch your arms straight, from front to top, then to the side, and then lower them. This process should be done slowly and repeatedly several times to stretch your muscles.

Maintain an upright posture with your feet apart, stretch your arms upward with force, do waist circles, twist your hips, and do deep bends forward and backward. These can all exercise your waist muscles and promote blood circulation throughout your body. Do more waist stretching exercises, such as stretching upwards, stretching to the side, etc., and hold for a few seconds. This is very beneficial for reducing fat on the waist and getting rid of pot belly.

If people sit for a long time, the blood circulation in the lower limbs will slow down seriously, and the legs will feel uncomfortable. At this time, it is necessary to stand up and move the legs. Of course, if we feel discomfort in our legs while working, it is okay to stand up and work. I believe the office director will not blame us. Stand up with your legs together, then do squats repeatedly to immediately relieve leg fatigue.
