Treatment method

1. The patient lies on his back with a pillow placed on the groin. Start by massaging the area around the patella and thigh muscles. Repeat the operation several times, gradually increasing the strength.

2. The practitioner's palms are half clenched into empty fists, and then slowly and steadily squeeze the muscles from the inside and outside of the thighs to unblock the Qi and blood in the patella and surrounding areas. This takes about 15 minutes.

3. Press the knee joints, Xuehai, Yanglingquan and Zusanli on both sides with strong force.

4. The patient passively flexes and extends the knee joint to passively stretch the quadriceps muscle, which is beneficial to the recovery of knee fatigue. 5. Finally, the treatment is ended by tapping and thigh shaking.

General fatigue

General fatigue refers to feeling tired all over, weak in movement, and sore and lazy limbs. There are many reasons for general fatigue. The general fatigue introduced here refers to excessive fatigue caused by excessive exercise and this symptom caused by various diseases such as diarrhea, high fever, etc.

Treatment method

1. The patient lies steadily on the floor or bed, and the therapist begins to massage the patient, starting from both sides of the spine on the back, slowly pushing from top to bottom until the heels, and repeating the operation 5 to 10 times.

2. The patient lies on his back, and the operator rubs his palms together until they are warm, then massages the abdomen around the navel in a clockwise direction for 5 minutes.

3. Apply meridian massage to the limbs, using pushing, kneading and rolling techniques.

4. The operator uses the thumbs of both hands to press the Dazhui, Zhongwan, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Neiguan, Shenmen and other acupoints. Finally, end the treatment by tapping the Zusanli acupoint with both palms.
