Here's how to exercise effectively.

What is the best time to exercise every day? This is a very broad question. Some say in the morning. Do you think that is right? In my opinion, everything should be viewed from two perspectives. Exercising in the morning has advantages and disadvantages. If the purpose is to lose weight or to increase memory of motor skills, the morning is very good. When people wake up in the morning, they have almost consumed most of the energy they ate last night. If they exercise without eating at this time, it will lead to one result - "burning" fat.

Because the energy is gone in the morning, there is still some glycogen in the liver. When the concentration of this glycogen drops to a certain level, fat "burning" will become the dominant energy supply, making weight loss possible. So exercising in the morning is very good for losing weight. The disadvantage of exercising in the morning is that there is usually no wind in the morning. The air at night becomes still and forms a laminar air flow. Some heavier gases are in the lowest layer, such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide. The air is very bad, so if you exercise in the morning, the air will be bad.

All physical exercises should be persisted, just like when we work in our daily life, only perseverance can lead to success. If you only try each exercise method superficially, it will not have any effect on exercising your body. Nowadays, the pace of society is very fast and we are very busy at work.
