How to train eight-pack abs for teenagers

Many teenagers want to have eight-pack abs because they are at the age of puberty and boys at this time like to attract the attention of girls by looking handsome. However, it is not easy to train eight-pack abdominal muscles. Many adults take a long time to train eight-pack abdominal muscles. Moreover, if the method of training abdominal muscles is wrong, it is easy to cause muscle strain. So how should teenagers train eight-pack abdominal muscles?

1. Only one or two movements are enough to exercise your abdominal muscles. The key to training your abdominal muscles lies in the intensity of the movements, not the more times the better. For example, if you can do 200 sit-ups at a time, it is not as good as if you can only do 10 sit-ups at both ends. Because being able to do more than 200 reps is a way to train your endurance, it does not significantly increase the thickness of your muscle fibers.

2. Four exercises to train the abdominal muscles: sit-ups, supine leg raises, sit-ups, and hanging leg raises (the intensity increases in sequence). If you can do 10 to 20 sit-ups, then do leg raises; if you can do 10 to 20 leg raises, then do sit-ups; if you can do 10 to 20 leg raises, then do hanging leg raises. Practice three times a week, do 3 sets of one exercise each time, and do about 10 repetitions in each set. 3. In addition, if the body fat percentage is higher than 10%, the fat will cover the abdominal muscles you have trained. This is why sumo wrestling has no muscles. If you have a small belly, you need to jog for about 40 minutes to lose fat. About 3 to 5 times a week. If you can't run for 40 minutes at a time, you can walk briskly for a while in between.

4. Plank exercise for abdominal muscles actually requires the participation of many parts of the body, tighten the shoulder blades into a flat surface, and tighten the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs. When supporting with elbows, the load on the core is relatively large because the arms are lower. When supporting with arms, the load is smaller because the arms are higher, but the arms are relatively tired. You will feel very strenuous or even trembling when supporting with arms.

5. It is recommended that you drink more water, at least two buckets of water every day. Drinking more water can improve the body's metabolism and allow you to consume more fat without realizing it. Of course, in addition to drinking plenty of water, daily muscle training is also essential.
