Step 2: Exhale slowly while raising your head, bringing your head and knees toward your chest at the same time, and maintain the position for about 5 seconds. Then, while inhaling slowly, return to the original position.

Step 1: Lie on a mat or thick towel, bend your left knee, and bring it as close to your chest as possible, and hug your left knee with both hands. There is no need to straighten your right leg, just keep it in a natural position.

Step 2: Inhale slowly, let your left leg fall to the right, and press your left knee with your right hand, now facing left, and maintain this position for 15 seconds. Exhale slowly and return to the original position. Repeat with the other leg.
