Beautiful Legs and Flat Abdomen Exercise: ⑴ Lie flat on your back with your right leg flat on the ground. Raise your left leg to 30°, 60°, and 90° in sequence. Hold for 5 breaths, then slowly lower it in the same order. Repeat twice. ⑵ Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and together. Raise your legs to 30°, 60°, and 90° in turn. Hold for 5 breaths. Slowly lower them in the same order. Repeat twice. Half crescent: Lie on your back with your body straight. With your arms at your sides, pull your feet toward your hips, keeping the soles of your feet flat on the ground. Hold the foot joints with both hands. Close your eyes, focus your attention on the point between your eyebrows, and breathe steadily through your nose. With each inhale, lift your pelvis and spine as high as possible; keeping your feet, arms, head, and neck in contact with the ground. As you exhale, lower your body. Repeat all the above steps for 1 to 3 minutes.
