What is the best thing to eat after practicing yoga?

Speaking of yoga, I believe everyone should be familiar with it. Women should be the group that knows more about this kind of sport, because this sport can not only effectively help us exercise our body, but also change our temperament from the most basic aspects and complete a transformation. So, after doing yoga, an aerobic exercise that cultivates the body and mind, what should we eat to fully realize the effects of yoga?

It is recommended that you drink two cups of warm water, about 400 ml, after each practice. Green tea is not recommended. Drink slowly while experiencing the depth and new vitality of every part of your body, mind and perception. This has three benefits. First, I can sit quietly and relax for a while (at least 10 minutes) to enjoy, reflect or savor the feeling of this yoga practice (by the way, I think those who rush out of the yoga studio immediately after yoga class neither know how to appreciate yoga nor how to live). Second, it will help me excrete toxins discharged from the body during yoga practice faster with urine. Third, it reduces hunger, which reduces the chance of gluttony and overeating afterwards.

You may feel hungry after practicing yoga, or you may not feel hungry at all, or you may have been hungry but not hungry now. These are all normal and vary from person to person. You can slowly make a judgment after drinking two glasses of water. Some yoga practices do stimulate digestion and the digestive fire (called "Agni" in yoga), so it is normal to feel hungry and have cravings.

Another possibility is that yoga regulates your secretory glands, so the false feeling of hunger caused by secretory imbalance disappears. Another situation is feeling full and having no appetite, which means that the body has obtained the required energy from the practice (especially through pranayama) and has been nourished by Prana (qi). These three situations can occur simultaneously in three students doing the same exercise.

It is not difficult to see that after doing yoga, many people will feel out of breath. Generally speaking, after a long period of aerobic exercise, the body's water and protein will be consumed a lot, so at this time, you must pay attention to supplementing vitamins and protein in your diet, which is the best and healthiest for the body.
