Eating some raisins before cooking has a miraculous effect

Raisins have always been my favorite food. It can be consumed during sports training as a ration to provide energy. In many cases, it is best to eat some raisins before training because it has unexpected health benefits.

Studies have shown that exercising on an empty stomach not only fails to fully burn fat, but may also cause gradual muscle loss during exercise. When energy intake is insufficient, the human body will consume its own protein and break down the protein as energy supply in the body. In severe cases, it will cause the gradual loss of protein in the myocardial and vascular smooth muscle, leading to cardiovascular disease. Therefore, you should replenish energy before exercising and exercise after eating. This will not only prevent you from consuming too many calories, but also help to achieve better results in your exercise. It is best to eat 90 minutes before exercise to allow the body time to digest and absorb before exercising.

The only energy substance that muscles can directly use is ATP. Among all kinds of food, only glucose is the easiest to absorb and can be used by the human body to synthesize ATP most quickly to provide energy for muscle activity. Raisins are, of course, a natural food that is very rich in glucose.

100 grams of raisins provide 341 kcal of calories, and are high in ingredients related to bones and exercise (52 mg of calcium, 90 mg of phosphorus, 45 mg of magnesium, 19.1 mg of sodium, and 995 mg of potassium), as well as ingredients beneficial to health (1.6 g of dietary fiber and 11.6 g of retinol equivalents). It can be seen that raisins are very healthy and green sports food.

At the same time, raisins have many health benefits. Eating raisins equivalent to 400 calories (about 100 grams) every day can effectively lower blood cholesterol.

In addition, the cellulose in raisins can prevent fructose from being converted into triglycerides in the blood. Raisins contain resveratrol, which can effectively prevent cell malignancy or inhibit the growth of malignant tumors.

Therefore, I personally think that no matter young or old (except for diabetics), raisins are a very good green sports energy supplement before and after sports training, fitness and bodybuilding, and rehabilitation training!
