Sit with your buttocks on the ground, legs bent, soles of feet completely on the ground, arms supported behind your back with palms on the ground, back slightly tilted backward, lift your left foot off the floor and place it above your right knee, straighten your left leg as much as possible, and lower your left knee as much as possible, then switch to the other side and repeat.

Supine Single Leg Raise

Lie on your back with your back on the ground, bend your left leg to support yourself on the ground, straighten your right leg and lift it off the floor, hold your hands on your right calf, hold your right leg tight, and lift it as high as possible. After holding for a long time, you can switch to the other side and repeat.
