What are the yoga exercises for losing weight and reducing belly fat?

Many people like to do yoga, especially some girls who care about their body shape. They are likely to exercise through yoga, but many people don’t know what kind of exercise they should do to lose weight, especially some women with abdominal fat and waist fat. What yoga exercises can help reduce these fats?

Downward Dog: Place your hands and feet on the ground and lift your body into an inverted "V" shape. Make sure your hands are shoulder-width apart with your fingers spread out. Stand with your feet as wide as your hips, heels pointed back, and toes, heels, and hips in one plane.

One-Legged Downward Dog: Start in Downward Dog with your feet together, keeping your thumbs close together. Keeping your left heel on the floor, lift your right leg into Single-Legged Downward Dog and bend your knee. Try to bring the heel of your right leg toward your buttocks and stretch your knee upward as far as possible. Lift your head and look to the left, extending and flexing your spine. Keep your feet and head as close together as possible.

Stretch Half Bridge: Start in Single-Legged Downward Dog and slowly lower your right leg while extending your right arm. Simply flip your body 180 degrees so that it is facing upwards. Reposition your legs so they are parallel and slightly wider than your hips. Use your legs to support yourself, lift your hips as high as you can, and stretch your arms as far as you can.

Lunge: From Downward Dog, inhale, and step your right leg in between your hands as if you were doing Warrior Pose. Bend over and reach your right arm through your bent knee, holding your right ankle with both hands. Keep your center of gravity and hold this position. If this is too much stress on the inner thighs, you can support yourself with one or both hands on the floor.

When doing these yoga exercises, you must be careful to do them within your ability. Don't do those very difficult exercises directly, which may cause some muscle strains. In addition, your daily diet is also very important. Don't overeat after every high-intensity exercise, as this will easily lead to more and more abdominal fat.
