1. Change your exercise program frequently.

Every one to two months, you can change the exercise program completely, or you can compile two or three courses at the same time within a certain period of time, alternating between each training session. For the same muscle part, bodybuilding always has multiple different movements to choose from to focus on training. The same action can produce different stimulation by simply changing the grip, grip distance, speed and angle. Furthermore, changing the combination of this action and other actions will also produce different stimulation.

2. Don't over-exercise.

Although exercise consumes the body's energy and nutrients and damages its cells, it causes greater compensation and the reconstruction is stronger. This is the prerequisite for exercise. Both compensation and reconstruction require sufficient nutrients, which takes place when the human body is resting (mainly sleeping). Therefore, the greater the intensity of the exercise, the more nutrients are required and the higher the quality of rest required. Otherwise, you will become overly fatigued. Not only will this fail to achieve supercompensation, it won't even achieve equal recovery, which will greatly affect the progress of your workout.

You can change your exercise strategy at any time during the exercise. If you do the same exercise for a long time, you will feel bored and your body will feel tired. In this way, no matter how you exercise, it will be ineffective. Moreover, you need to control the intensity of exercise yourself, and it is best not to overwork yourself.
