Why can’t I do sit-ups?

Why can’t I do sit-ups?

Nowadays, many people pay more attention to physical exercise, especially some men. Having a muscular body is every man's dream. Seeing a muscular person always makes people feel full of power and gives people a kind of healthy beauty. Therefore, many people prefer to achieve the purpose of exercise by doing sit-ups. However, many people always cannot get up when doing sit-ups. So why can't they get up when doing sit-ups?

First, put your hands in front of your chest. I think you can't get up now, so you put your hands behind your head. Try placing your hand on your chest.

Second, raise your hands and stretch them forward, which is equivalent to reaching your feet with your hands, so that you can reduce some of the weight of your upper body.

Third, if it still doesn’t work, use your hands to hold the base of your thighs, and pull with your hands while exerting force on your abdomen. 90% of the students can get up at this time!

Fourth, if this doesn’t work! Then you can only find someone to help you! You can choose to hold his hand, or let him push you from behind!

Lie flat on your back, bend your knees, and hold your head with your hands (remember not to use force with your hands, just place them on your head, because pulling the head with force with your hands can easily damage the cervical spine).

Try your best to curl your upper body forward. (Remember, your body will not actually be lifted very high. It is enough to lift it to about 45 degrees. If you lift it any higher, you are using your waist, not your abdominal muscles. This can easily damage your lumbar spine over time.)

Breathing method: Inhale when curling forward and exhale when falling back.

Also note: When curling forward, your waist should sink to the bed or the ground, and your abdominal muscles should be contracted as much as possible. To put it more clearly, the waist must not leave the ground, which is related to the 45 degrees mentioned above. Also, after descending, do not let your head and shoulders touch the ground! The goal is to keep the abdominal muscles tense at all times.

The above are the things you need to pay attention to when doing sit-ups. It is very necessary to master the correct exercise method when doing sit-ups. When you are just learning to do sit-ups, it is best to do it in groups. Each time you do sit-ups, it is best to master the appropriate exercise intensity according to your physical condition. Don't force yourself. When doing exercise, you must pay attention to gradual progress.
