However, the humidity should be neither too high nor too low, otherwise it will cause your body to feel uncomfortable. The most suitable humidity should be controlled between 50 and 60%.

Although the temperature and humidity in the hot yoga classroom can help the human body quickly eliminate tension and get into the state without much warm-up preparation, it is still recommended that everyone do the first set of breathing exercises and the next three sets of warm-up movements seriously. Special emphasis is placed on doing these sets of warm-up movements until you are comfortable, as this is mainly to prepare for subsequent movements and will reduce the chance of injury.

4. Generally speaking, it is best not to eat any food two hours before practicing any yoga, but you can replenish yourself with some water before the first 20 minutes. In addition, it is best not to eat within an hour after the exercise. At the same time, you should pay attention to arranging your time reasonably, leaving yourself time to rest and replenish water.

You can also do some gymnastics to warm up when doing yoga, but it should be simple and not too tiring, otherwise you will not have enough energy when doing yoga. You should also do yoga in moderation. People who are just starting to exercise are a little anxious, but you can't be in a hurry. You have to take it slowly to have the effect of losing weight. You should also check when practicing yoga, and each movement must be in place, not half-heartedly, otherwise practicing yoga like this will have no effect.
