Push-ups can help men exercise effectively, make their shoulders stronger, and allow men to have an inverted triangle body shape, but is your push-up posture correct? Do you know how to do a perfect push-up? Fitness coaches point out that if you want to do a perfect push-up, the starting position is the key. To achieve a perfect starting position, your body must remain in a straight line from shoulders to ankles, and your arms should be placed at chest level, with your hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart. This ensures that each movement works your biceps more effectively.

When doing push-ups, you should take 2 to 3 seconds to fully lower your body, and your chest should eventually be about 2 to 3 centimeters from the ground; then, immediately push up and return to the starting position. If you follow this approach, you'll find that a perfect push-up is not easy to perform. If you can't do a full push-up, there is a compromise, which is to get on your knees. This is also a method you can choose when you can no longer complete formal push-ups but still want to continue exercising.

Beginners can do two sets of 5 to 10 push-ups each; athletes with a certain foundation can do 3 sets of 10 push-ups each; advanced people can try 4 sets of 15 to 20 push-ups.

There are many ways to exercise, but having a healthy body is the result of long-term persistence. While maintaining our figure, what is more important is health. A healthy body should be achieved in a scientific way. We should exercise frequently and have good habits to get good abdominal muscles and grow muscles all over our body.
