As for fat legs, then you need to do more exercise. The scissor legs are recommended here. The movements are as follows: Lie on the bed and lift your legs up and straighten them. Open your legs to the sides, hold this position for 2 seconds, and then close them. Open and close again. Repeat this exercise several times until your legs become sore.

If you really don't have the perseverance and confidence to slim down your calves, you can try liposuction. Liposuction to slim the legs means extracting fat from the legs. These surgeries usually take about 1.5 hours. However, leg liposuction surgery is painful. And it has certain effects on the body. More importantly, it is not yet certain whether there will be any side effects.

The leg slimming methods introduced above are mainly some physical therapy measures. Whether it is scraping to slim down the legs or exercising to slim down the legs, these leg slimming methods should be persisted. If you exercise today and rest tomorrow, it will be difficult for them to completely achieve the purpose of slimming the legs.
