Prepare in balanced star pose by placing your left hand and foot back on the mat, straightening your arms and legs into plank position (the push-up position). Make sure your shoulders are directly over your wrists.

Bend your right knee and bring it as close to your chest as possible. Hold this plank position for 5 deep breaths.
