The first exercise: barbell squat. Everyone is familiar with the barbell squat. When squatting, if the knees are greater than 90 degrees, it exercises the quadriceps on the front of the thigh. When squatting, if the knees are less than 90 degrees, it exercises the buttocks and biceps on the back of the thigh.

The second exercise: seated leg flexion and extension. This exercise is done with fixed equipment, mainly to exercise the quadriceps femoris. The route of the movement has been set on the fixed equipment. Secondly, it is also a single-joint exercise. Therefore, when practicing, you only need to master the weight that is suitable for your leg muscle exercises.

When exercising your leg muscles, you can also do seated leg press exercises. This type of exercise mainly chooses an exercise method similar to barbell. When exercising, you should pay attention to the knees. The angle of bending should be as close as possible to exercise the biceps femoris and gluteus maximus. If the angle of the knee bending is greater than 90 degrees, the quadriceps femoris can be exercised.
