How to exercise if you lack energy?

This type of people often feel physically tired and lack energy. So, how can we improve our lack of energy and spirit through exercise?

No equipment workout

Put your palms together, as if chanting Buddha's name, and then use both arms to exercise the muscles in your arms. If you spread your five fingers, put the fingers of both hands together, and push your hands towards the center, you can exercise your finger strength. You can exercise your finger and arm strength without using any equipment.

There is an exercise called frog jumping. Everyone thinks that frog jumping needs to be performed in a large area. In fact, it can be done at home. If you are in the countryside, every home will have a yard. For people in the city who don’t have a yard, you can still practice frog jumping in the guest room or your own bedroom, which can exercise your thigh muscles.

The most classic indoor exercise method is push-ups, but push-ups are not the fixed way of supporting yourself with your hands on the ground as we all know. There are actually some other ways to do push-ups, like you can put a book on your back for better exercise effects. Another way is to find two stools slightly wider than your shoulders, support yourself with your hands on the stools, and then do push-ups as you normally would. The difference is that you need to press your body into the gap in the middle of the stools, and your chest muscles will be stretched, and the effect of the exercise is amazing.

A classic exercise to work out your abdominal muscles is sit-ups, which you can do in bed. You can also do horse stance, which can not only exercise your thigh muscles, but also exercise your perseverance. Exercising perseverance will be more effective when you feel tired doing horse stance.
