It is not difficult to find that although physical exercise can play a certain role, the muscles of people who often do physical work in life appear to be more developed than ordinary people. This shows that labor in life is a very good way to exercise the body, but it should not be excessive. Therefore, when living at home, you should not be lazy, but should share more housework.

If you want to have more muscles on your arms, you can do more push-ups, pull-ups and other exercises. After exercising for a long time, the soft flesh on your arms will disappear and hard muscles will appear.
