When is the best time to do aerobics?

In order to maintain their slim figure and attract their husbands' attention, many women often practice aerobics to shape their bodies and lose weight. However, many people are not very clear about the best time to practice aerobics and often practice at will. Such exercises often fail to achieve good exercise results. So, when is the best time to do aerobics?

Scientific research shows that between 8-12 o'clock and 14-17 o'clock every day, the human body's muscles, speed, strength and endurance are in a relatively optimal state. At this time, the body's reaction sensitivity and adaptability are the strongest, and the effect of exercising is the best. However, between 5-7 o'clock and 13-14 o'clock, the body is in a relatively low state, easily fatigued during exercise, and has problems with the heart and brain. From 19:00 to 22:00, for people who are accustomed to nightlife, the body's activity functions reach a relatively vigorous stage again, and proper exercise is also beneficial. However, you should replace your main meal with fruit, sugar, starch, or other foods before exercising, as long as you are not hungry. After exercising, you should eat some dairy products to replenish your energy. After exercising, you should rest for half an hour before going to bed. Yoga movements are gentle and can promote sleep, so it’s okay to do them before bed. From 11pm to 5am the next day, the human body's metabolic level is at its lowest. This is harmful to your health, so try to avoid it.

From the perspective of the human physical condition, after a night of sleep, the body is dehydrated in the morning, the blood is viscous, and strenuous exercise may cause insufficient blood supply to the brain, cerebral hemorrhage, myocardial infarction and other dangers (if you like morning exercises, it is recommended that you drink 1-2 cups of boiled water after washing and then exercise).

From an environmental perspective, some toxic gases in the air are difficult to evaporate before the sun comes out, making it unsuitable for exercise.

When doing aerobics, you should comprehensively consider your own condition and external environmental factors. Doing aerobics when your skin is most sensitive can achieve twice the result with half the effort. In addition, if you want to keep fit and shape your body through aerobics, you must pay attention to persistence and perseverance to achieve good results.
