What is the stage of healthy exercise time?

Beer belly is very common in people around us in our daily lives. A beer belly doesn't develop overnight. Therefore, you should not be too hasty in preventing and reducing beer belly. In our daily life, we should insist on exercising, not drinking or drinking less beer, and form a healthy lifestyle. If you want to have a healthy body, you must always pay attention. Keep persisting, a perfect and healthy body is what every one of us hopes to have.

【diet】

To have a good breakfast, milk and eggs are essential.

I am basically full at noon, and the main protein and high-calorie foods of the day are basically concentrated at noon! Note that vegetables must not be missed!

Dinner is indeed smaller, with just some soup, a small amount of meat, some vegetables and a little tofu to make me 70% full. If you feel hungry before going to bed, drink a glass of milk or some fruit.

【sports】

⑴ Usually after lunch, I stand and watch TV, and then do tiptoe exercises.

Look in the mirror, smile—then:

Stand with your feet in an "eight" position and tiptoe. Key points: Tighten your abdomen, chest and buttocks, inhale when lifting your heels up, exhale when lowering them, maintain a relatively steady and slow rhythm, and do 3 sets each in the morning, noon and evening, 8 repetitions of 8 beats in each set. Relax between each set to avoid developing calf muscle lumps. It is best to lift your chin when exercising, or do neck stretching exercises to shape the lines of your neck and chin.

⑵ Rest for a while after dinner, then run in place while watching TV, swing your arms fully and lift your legs as high as possible. Those who are in better physical condition or need to see results quickly can do more. I basically run for 5 minutes, rest, and then run for another 5 minutes until I am sweating profusely. You can use the time you spend watching TV to run in place. It doesn't require any special time, and you will sweat more. It can also exercise your cardiopulmonary function, speed up your metabolism, and lose weight more effectively!

Many people sit for long periods of time, whether they are at work or driving, which makes it easier for them to gain abdominal fat, which is also difficult to lose. Therefore, you must exercise more often. If you sit for a long time, get up and walk around. If you can stand, don’t sit. Don't lie down if you can sit. You must exercise more to lose your beer belly quickly and get rid of it successfully.
