What are the detox yoga poses?

Yoga is a new sport that has emerged in recent years. It can effectively relax our body and mind. Long-term yoga practice can also improve our immunity. Yoga movements are very slow and each movement needs to be maintained for a period of time. There are many yoga poses, different poses have different effects and are suitable for different people. Today I will introduce to you several yoga poses that are beneficial for detoxification.

Bow detox yoga: Lie on your back with your back on the ground, your feet apart and completely on the ground, your legs bent, your arms reversed, your hands placed under your shoulders, your elbows pointing to the ceiling; slowly lift your hips away from the floor, as shown in the picture, into a bow pose, lower your head, and lift your abdomen up.

Curled-up detoxification yoga: Lie on your back with your back on the ground, straighten your right leg and place it on the floor, bend your left leg, lift your left foot off the floor, hold your right knee with both hands, and straighten your body; bend your elbows, hold your right knee tightly with both hands, so that the right thigh is close to your abdomen, and hold this position for 10 seconds; slowly lift your shoulders off the ground until your chin is placed on your right knee, keeping your left leg straight; lower your shoulders to the ground, bend your legs together, hold your calves with both hands, and lift your hips as far off the floor as possible; bend your elbows, hold your legs tightly with both hands, so that your abdomen is close to your thighs, and your shoulders are slightly off the ground; lift your shoulders off the ground until the tip of your nose touches your knees, and lift your hips as much as possible.

Supine twist: Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides in line with your shoulders. Inhale and lift your right leg up, grab your right foot or right knee with your left hand, lower your right leg to the left, and turn your head to the right. At this time, try to keep your left leg straight and forward, and the lower side of your shoulders completely on the ground. Hold for 5-10 breaths. The side change is complete.

When doing yoga, in order to better complete each movement, it is recommended that you wear loose clothes and pants when practicing yoga. You can be barefoot. This will better stretch our body and you will not feel restrained when doing the movements. In addition, when practicing yoga, you should do the movements within your ability and not try to force yourself, otherwise it may cause harm to your body.
