How to practice yoga moves to slim waist and belly?

Everyone knows that the waist plays a vital role in the overall curve of the body. If the waist and abdomen are bloated, the figure will be distorted. Yoga is an aerobic exercise that helps improve your body and mind. Some of the movements included in it can have very obvious effects on slimming down the waist and belly. Next, the editor will explain to you in detail how to practice these movements.

1. Cobra pose. Lie prone on the ground, with your legs straight and together, the soles of your feet touching the ground, your hands on your chest, your fingers together, fingertips facing forward, and your chin touching the ground. Place your palms on the ground, straighten your arms, and lift your head, chest, and abdomen at the same time, and lift your head upward, looking toward the ceiling. Pause at this point for 5-10 breaths, then bend your elbows and slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position. Repeat 5-10 times.

2. Angle yoga for slim waist. Open your feet about 3 to 4 shoulder widths, bend your right leg and press down into a side lunge. The angle between your thigh and calf should be greater than 90 degrees and the knee should not exceed the ankle. Bend your arms and place your 4 fingers behind your ears to prepare. If the knees extend beyond the ankles, it is easy for the entire upper body to be supported by one leg, making it difficult to maintain balance. And move your right elbow toward your right leg, repeat Step 1~2 10 times, then switch sides and do 10 times to stretch your side waist.

3. Half Lotus Forward Bend on Chair. You can sit on a stable chair, cross your left leg over your right thigh, and form a "4"-shaped half lotus posture. Straighten your spine and place your hands naturally on your ankles and knees. Then press your knees and ankles with your hands, lean forward, and slowly descend to the limit. At this point, keep your back straight and feel the stretch in your lower back. Then switch legs and repeat.

After understanding these yoga moves, you can start practicing at home according to the specific steps. If you feel that there are many things you don’t understand, you can follow the guidance of a professional teacher. In addition, the editor would like to tell you in advance that using yoga to lose weight is a long process, and I hope everyone can stick to it.
