Forehand high ball: The preparation posture before hitting the ball and the hitting action are basically the same as forehand high ball. The difference is that the hitting point of the overhead high ball is above the left shoulder (because the ball flies to the rear left corner). When preparing to hit the ball, turn sideways (left shoulder facing the net) and lean back slightly to the left.
