When you inhale, the arms turn upward; when you exhale, the arms turn downward. The movement of rotating your arms in circles should not be too fast, the speed should be moderate, the arms should be naturally relaxed, and the height of the hands should not exceed the top of the head. It is best to feel the waist and abdomen exerting force.

Diet for men

1. Consume 15-20 ml of vinegar every day, which can help you lose 3-5 kg ​​in a month.

2. Take 15-20 grams of dried corn silk every day, add 200 ml of water, simmer for a while, and drink without adding sugar. It has the effect of losing weight.

3. 100 fresh lotus leaves (dried), 1000 grams each of raw hawthorn and raw coix, 500 grams of tangerine peel, grind them into fine powder and mix well, divide them into 100 packets, soak them in boiling water and drink 1 packet every morning, which has the effect of losing weight.

4. Wash the red beans and coix seeds, steam them for 20 minutes, then add the washed glutinous rice or japonica rice and winter melon seeds, add water and steam until cooked. Sprinkle with diced cucumber and serve.
