Stand with your legs together, grab the sole of your right foot with your hand, interlace your fingers, and press your thumb on your big toe. Straighten your left knee, make your right leg parallel to the ground, straighten your arms and upper body, hold for 20 seconds, then bend your elbows, bend your body forward towards your legs, hold for 10 seconds, then change direction and do the same movement.

Effect: This movement requires a high level of balance, exercises one's concentration, and is helpful for tightening the abdominal and thigh muscles.

Triangle pose

Spread your legs about twice the width of your shoulders, bend your left knee so that your thigh is parallel to the ground, and at the same time bend your upper body to the left, with your fingertips touching your big toe and your palms turned forward. Pay attention to straightening your right leg and raising your right arm, keeping it perpendicular to the ground. Breathe evenly and hold for 10 seconds. Change direction and do it again.

Effect: This movement can strengthen the hip joints and side waist, which helps to eliminate excess fat around the waist.
