At this time, you need to move to a cool place, replenish water in time, and sit quietly to rest. You can also slowly pat your forehead and temples with water to help yourself recover as soon as possible.

If the condition is too serious, you should lie flat and do not move easily. You can spray Huoxiang Zhengqi water inside your mouth to help the body recover quickly.

Beware of water shortage

Because the temperature is high in summer, long-term exercise will cause the water in the body to be excreted as sweat. The high temperature will accelerate the evaporation of water, thus causing dehydration.

If you feel dry mouth and thirsty, you can tell that you are dehydrated. When many people are short of water, they will drink a lot of water. This is a wrong approach. A person who is dehydrated should replenish water gradually, preferably with light salt water little by little.

Be careful of exploding lungs

In summer, of course, it is better to drink iced drinks. However, people who have just exercised should be careful to avoid iced drinks. During exercise, the body's blood circulates faster, causing the body's temperature to rise.

Even if you have stopped exercising, your body temperature will still remain high within half an hour, and it will be difficult to lower it in a short time. Drinking iced drinks at this time will cause the esophagus, stomach and other parts of the body to contract rapidly, causing discomfort.

You need to replenish water after exercise, but it is best to drink a small amount of room temperature water about 20 minutes after stopping exercise. Iced drinks are delicious, but for the sake of human health, they should not be consumed after exercise.

Don't exercise for too long

Don't exercise in strong sunlight

Do not perform high-intensity exercise in a small air-conditioned room

Don't drink a lot of water right after exercise

When exercising in the summer, the capillaries in the skin expand greatly to help the body dissipate heat.
