10-minute fat burning and slimming yoga

1. Stand on tiptoes and squat in horse stance

1. Stand naturally with your feet apart, do abdominal breathing 3 times, and let your mind gradually calm down.

2. Raise both hands forward to shoulder height, with fingers together and palms facing down; tighten the muscles in your shoulders and upper back, and stretch your arms forward as much as possible; keep your neck straight and upward, and do not bend forward as your arms extend, and be careful to avoid hunching over.

3. After breathing steadily, stand on your heels and use only your toes to touch the ground to support your entire body; if you cannot maintain balance in this position, just let your heels leave the ground first.

4. After 3 abdominal breaths, straighten your chest and abdomen, face forward, keep your entire upper body upright while bending your knees, slowly sink your body, sit down with your buttocks, and assume a "horse stance" until your thighs are parallel to the ground.

5. After holding for 30 seconds, return to the starting position and repeat 3 times after your breathing becomes stable.

2. Eagle Pose

Exercise areas: shoulders, back, thighs, buttocks

1. Stand naturally with your legs together, look straight ahead, do abdominal breathing 3 times, and imagine yourself as an eagle that has just returned from flying and is taking a rest.

2. Place your right arm on top and cross your arms in front of your chest. After taking a deep breath, bend your elbows and raise your hands in front of you with your palms facing each other. If you cannot achieve complete contact between your palms, you can touch your fingertips first. After your back muscles are further stretched, you can easily "high-five".

3. After your body is stable, lift your left leg and pass it in front of your right leg, with the instep of your left foot resting on your right calf; bend your knees slightly, tilt your upper body slightly forward, and tilt your hips slightly backward, with the center of your body placed on your right leg; if you cannot keep your body stable by standing on one foot, the toe of your left foot can lightly touch the ground to maintain balance.

4. Breathe steadily, hold this position for 1 minute, then use your left leg to support your body and repeat the above steps.

5. Do this 3 times on each side, making sure to keep your upper body straight and not hunch your back.
