Warming up for physical activity

Sports are the kind of things that many friends admire. Everyone has their own hobbies, and everyone is good at different sports. However, if you want to exercise your body, take care of your body, and lose weight through sports, the effects are different. If you want to exercise through sports activities, how to exercise is the most correct way!

(1) Chest expansion exercises

Requirements: Vibrate your arms vigorously, fully open your shoulder joints, raise your arms horizontally, and complete the movement.

(2) Arm swing exercise

Requirements: Stretch your arms straight and swing them backwards as far as possible.

(3) Abdominal and dorsal exercise (side)

Requirements: Raise your hands downward as far as possible, keep your hands touching the ground as much as possible, and stretch your legs.

(4) Leg press

Requirements: Stand in a lunge stance, open your legs at an angle, and vibrate up and down.

(5) Side leg press

Requirements: Open your legs as much as possible and vibrate up and down.

(6)(7) Generally, some special training is carried out in combination with the teaching content of this lesson, such as for shoulders, waist and abdomen, etc.

Requirements: Be able to closely integrate with the teaching content of this lesson and serve the teaching.

(8) Finger, wrist, knee, and ankle joint exercises

Requirements: The movements must be in place and each joint of the fingers, wrists, knees and ankles can be fully active.

The above set of sports warm-up mainly introduces how to do warm-up exercises correctly. This is helpful before and after running. Doing warm-up exercises can expand the meridians and nerves. In order to prevent ligament sprains when running, I am doing large-scale exercise to damage our tendons and bones.
