When people reach middle age, they have elderly parents and young children to take care of. Family, career, house, etc. will bring them a lot of worries. Daily running is the best opportunity for me to empty my negative emotions. My mood is obviously much better than before running. 4. Perseverance and willpower. This year, I have been running and setting periodic speed and distance goals, hoping to constantly challenge and break through myself. By persisting in running, especially running marathons, I have exercised my perseverance and willpower.
